Safety routines
Before the water
Families wait on the pool deck with their child until the instructor calls the class. Everyone rinses before they get in.
An adult with every child
A parent or caregiver stays in the water with every baby and toddler. A grandparent or a nanny can take a parent's place.
Unwell or closed
Tell us if your child is unwell and we make the class up. When the hotel closes the pool, we text families.
Phones
Phones stay away from the water's edge.
