What families ask before the first class.
Photos of your child
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
In the pool, and watching
A parent or caregiver is in the water with every baby and toddler, and the instructor leads the class from the water. In Threes the instructor is in the water with the children and parents wait on the step beside them. Phones stay away from the water's edge.
What to wear and bring
Every child under three wears a snug swim diaper under their swim clothes, and a swim shirt is welcome in every class. Bring a towel for each of you and a change of clothes, and tie long hair back.
When to keep your child home
Please keep your child home with a fever, a cold that makes breathing hard or a stomach illness, and for a day after a stomach illness ends. Tell us and we will make the class up.
Closures for weather and holidays
When the hotel closes the pool, or a storm or a holiday closes our morning, we text families and make the class up in the same session.
Leaving the program
Tell us a week before the next session if you are not coming back. A session in progress is finished or made up as we agreed when you registered.
Phones and photos on the deck
Phones stay away from the water's edge, and we ask parents not to film other families' children.
Absences and late arrival
Please arrive ten minutes before class so everyone can rinse and start on time. If you are running late, call or text, and we will make the class up if we cannot wait.
